Education: the Soviet heritage

The average level of education is good. And it is recognized for its completeness and excellence.

The 5-year University system established by the Communist party works today. One has to have a higher education even to get a not highly qualified job.

The higher education has become very expensive and getting a scholarship is almost impossible.
